  Safely pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians verify the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
